With over 15 years combined experience in Web design and application development, Webfluency has a diverse skill set resulting in exceptional sites for their clients. The partners have brought their unique skills together to make your application, web design or portable electronic media stand out among the rest.
Greg Demetrick - President & Technical Director
Before starting webfluency, Greg designed, developed and implemented diverse technology solutions for premiere news and software companies including the Tribune Company; the Boston Globe; ScanSoft; Netegrity; and Ziff Davis Media. While with Connexus Media, Greg developed and deployed a Buyer's Guide system, which allows end users to add products and company information to CMI's 50 marketing Web sites automatically. This allowed CMI to enhance their content goals while providing a new revenue stream of interested buyers for their business. This system has been so successful that it became the driving force of the company for all future sales and was a key component of the acquisition by Ziff Davis Media for their implementation on eWeek, PC Magazine, CIO Insight, Extreme Tech, and every other Ziff Davis online property. Since forming Webfluency, Greg has launched several podcasts and acts as a consultant on new media developments with Ziff Davis Media. He is often asked to speak on the subject of Podcasting for major conferences about how this new medium can be used for marketing and promotion. He is also instrumental in creating long lasting relationships with small and medium size businesses so they recieve world class web application development.
Toni Dainty - Vice President & Creative Director
Toni's experience working on web application interfaces and marketing-driven Web sites gives her endless experience to drive the interface design, conception and usability of many Web sites. Before starting Webfluency, Toni was responsible for designing applications and Web sites for a diverse set of clients including: Harvard University, the State of Texas, The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, The University of North Carolina, the town of Lexington, Massachusetts, the Jim Casey Youth Opportunities Initiative, and the International Methane to Markets Partnership. Toni has also developed award-winning sites for the TrammellCrow Company, the U.S. Department of Labor and the Centers for Disease Control. Adding to this diverse design set, Toni has provided training and workshops on such topics as Web Application Design and Section 508 responsibilities to her peers. She subscribes to the theory that everything should be pulled together in the design - the information, the technology and the graphical elements.
